Help Me Quit can still support your quit attempt, though there will be small changes whilst Wales responds to Coronavirus. This will mean that many of the stop smoking sessions will be delivered over telephone, through a local Stop Smoking Advisors. Services remain free and the team will work with you to ensure you receive the best and most effective NHS stop smoking support available. Help Me Quit teams across Wales are committed to protecting the health and wellbeing of all their clients/patients and staff.

A member of our Help Me Quit contact centre team will attempt to contact you/your client/patient within the next two working days to discuss their choices for stopping smoking.
