      What support is available?

      Help Me Quit are with you every step of the way on your smokefree journey. Support is available in:

      • Meetings with other smokers (the best way to stop smoking)
      • One to one appointments. These may be face-to-face or over the telephone*
      • Community venues
      • Hospitals
      • Pharmacies

      *Telephone support is available across Wales. Ask a member of the Help Me Quit contact centre team for more information.
