Help makes all the difference

Did you know that quitting with NHS support means you’re three times more likely to succeed compared to going it alone? It’s normal to feel a little nervous, but don’t worry – we’re here to guide you every step of the way.

What happens next?

  • Free, confidential, and non-judgmental support from a friendly expert, either face-to-face or over the phone.
  • Your choice of one-to-one support or group sessions with others on the same journey to a smoke-free future.
  • Weekly sessions tailored to your needs, plus access to free stop-smoking medications, saving you £250.
  • Regular progress monitoring to help you stay on track.

What will I need to do?

  • Answer our call! We’ll be trying to get in touch within the next two working days to book your first appointment.
  • Set your quit date. You’ll start your smoke-free journey within the first two weeks of getting started and with our support will commit to ‘not one puff’ after this (your set) date.
  • Stick with it. Attend your weekly appointments to give yourself the best chance of quitting for good. Sessions usually last between 20 minutes and an hour, depending on your chosen support type.
